At Bike Auto we are proud to work with a variety of dealerships and businesses to ensure teams are fully trained and equipped to maintain the cleanliness, working order, and overall quality of each motorcycle in their showroom. Below we have outlined some of the companies we have worked closely with since 2016.

Newcastle Motorcycles

Newcastle Motorcycles is one of the busiest multi-franchise businesses in the region, including both Triumph and Honda Manufacturers, which support their customers and include all new motorcycle preparation, service washing, and keeping showroom stock in tip-top condition.

Due to the exact preparation of motorcycles, to ensure minimum risk of damage to sensitive expensive parts, a full programme of training valeting staff and understanding the choice of cleaning solutions was undertaken, instructed and checked to include accreditation status for Bike Auto approval. All motorcycles now go through an approved process to ensure all new and pre-owned stock receives the correct process in cleaning and presentation.

Vertu BMW

As one of the fastest-growing dealership brands in the UK, Vertu Motorcycles represents a stand-alone all-inclusive dedicated Branded Support Dealership and the team needed a helping hand.

Previously motorcycles were prepared using car-branded chemicals, which caused thousands of pounds of damage due to incorrect techniques, processes and solutions.

Over a period of 9 months with various training and suitability trials, a process of exact preparation techniques is now in place along with a team of trained qualified staff and a wash plant suitable for constant turnover of motorcycles for Service Wash, Pre-sale Photographs and Service Inspection Washing. Being Bike Auto accredited conforms to all dealership requirements including Manufacturers approval.

JBS Detailing

Preparation is key to any process and James, the owner of JBS, has shown and demonstrated how much care and attention to detail is required to complete his prepared vehicles to the owner’s delight, that his books are full of referral customers wanting to work with him.

BikeAuto also works with James and is an integral part of our testing process and before any new product is introduced to our range James gets his hands on it first for an approval test which means that any product used is tested by the best. James is happy to use our products in the day-to-day running of his business, an endorsement indeed. Thank you, James!

“The Everyday Clean is really easy to use. It lifts light dirt easily and even oily stuff with a bit of a scrub. It cleaned the chain oil fling on the wheels really well. Like any wash-on/wash-off, it’s easy to miss spots that then appear when dried but that’s easy enough to tidy up with a damp cloth. Much better than buckets full of soapy water.

Then it’s on to the Finite which is where the real magic happens. A light spray all over and then a wipe with a cloth makes the paintwork/panels look beautifully shiny. I was particularly impressed by the way it took the grey plastics back to a lovely darker colour with a nice sheen (but not shiny). Overall very quick and easy to use, and the results speak for themselves.”

"Paul spent the entire afternoon from noon onwards working his magic on our bikes and though the bikes were brand new he still managed to bring out their true glory, which was still hidden within. Of course, the bikes are better protected now owing to his efforts and will clean more easily from now on.

For anyone considering this treatment, I would not hesitate to go ahead and I consider the cost as money well spent. Especially when he managed to highlight some manufacturing defects that will result in parts being replaced on both bikes at the 500-mile service.
